$150.00 Refundable Cleaning/Security Mandatory Deposit is required and due when rental contract is signed to guarantee desired event date. Certificate of Liability is due on date of rental fee. Door/Gate will be opened 30 minutes before contracted starting time.

____ Renter will provide their own cleaning supplies (utensils, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc. necessary for
cleanup broom and dustpan provided by RRCC for building). No mopping required.
____ Fire safety regulation allows a maximum capacity of 95 persons.
____ Management representative will be available during event in person or phone.
____ Allowed area for pinata breaking is on the southwest side of the building (driveway area next to kitchen).
____ PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Liability restrictions prohibit use of the Ramada (if available) by Hall)renters unless rented at
rental of Ramada
is documented and approved for full day or pro-rated time/rate. Allowed area for piñata breaking is on the

building (driveway next to kitchen). The following section applies for 1-3 hour limited pro-rated use of the Ramada
area by hall renters. Gate will remain locked and jumpers (brinca-brincas) or water games NOT allowed at pro-
rated rate not to exceed 3 hours.
If the Ramada area is available on the day of your hall rental, it can be rented all day 8am-11pm at regular rental
rate ($175. for Corporate or non-RRPOA members and $145. for RRPOA members ($30 Discount) or non-profit
organizations 1-3 hourly limited pro-rated rate by same day hall renters at $10.00 per hour for active RRPOA
members. (Corporate and non-RRPOA members rental rate - $175. or $12.00 pro-rated amount per hour).
NOTE: Longer time than 3-hours for Ramada rental requires a full-day rental from 8:00am to 11:00pm (at $175.00 Corporate/non-RRPOA members and $145.00 for RRPOA members). Jumpers (brinca-brincas) or water slides are allowed only with a full-day's Ramada rental with gate access.
Renter will provide own cleaning supplies, utensils, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc. necessary for clean-up. Broom and dustpan are provided. No mopping required. If grilling outside the kitchen area, or a "taquero" is contracted, PLEASE please do not allow grease or coals to be left on RRCC property grounds. PLEASE NOTE that if grease or coals are located on the premises at the conclusion of renter's event, a clean-up charge will be deducted from renter's Security Deposit.
1. No nails or tacks to be used for decorations on walls and

2. Sweep all floors (broom and dustpan available in kitchen by back door). Mopping is not required.
3. Empty all trash from hall, kitchen & bathrooms including sanitary containers and remove all trash from the premises.
A fee of $75.00 will
be charged and deducted from your Security/Deposit for failure to remove trash generated from your event.
4. Wipe down tables and chairs and replace chairs to stacked position. Leave tables in open/upright position.
5. Kitchen refrigerator is NOT a freezer and NOT to be used to store ice-cream or ice. Please remove all items before
6. Wipe down counter tops, sinks, walls and clean range and/or oven if used.
7. NO grease down the drain! There is no garbage disposal.
8. Leave thermostat setting April to September at 78F AND October to March, at 65F.
9. Turn off fans and lights (2-low level lamps will remain on).
10. Check all external doors to be locked.
11. Remove all food & personal property.
RENTAL OF FACILITY FOR FUNDRAISING EVENTS:
-County/State required permits for sale of and alcoholic beverages must be obtained and posted for viewing by the public.
