NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS BUILDING & RAMADA RENTAL FEES: If available, local non-profit organizations are invited to join Residents of Rio Rico for meetings and functions at the Rio Rico Community Center. Copy of Non-profit State ID# status and Liability Insurance is required.

4. All Rental Regulations apply
5. Rental payment is due and payable no less than two (2) weeks before rental event.
6. If fundraiser where food and alcohol will be sold, Santa Cruz County permit is required and posted in building and/or ramada.
HALL/SALON (8am to 11pm)
1st Hour: $ 70.00
Succeeding Hours: $ 15.00
Hourly Fee from 11pm to 2am $ 25.00
Kitchen (Locked if not rented.) $ 25.00
RAMADA (8am to 11pm): $145.00
Hourly Fee from 11pm to 2am $ 25.00
All renters are required to follow and adhere to the Rio Rico Community Center guidelines and regulations. Upon conclusion of event, building must be left clean, swept (no mopping is required) and all trash must be picked-up and removed from the facility premises. Ramada must be left free of debris and all trash must be removed from the facility premises.
