RAMADA RENTAL FEE RATES: Available hours are from 8:00am to 11pm for listed fees. After 11:00pm to 1:00am, hourly rate increases
to $30.00 per hour. It is strongly recommended that full-day Ramada renters bring their own lock & key to use for the gate. Please ask

Corporate & non-RORR Members: $175.00 8am to 11pm (Gate will be unlocked at 8:00am)
ACTIVE RORR Members & Non-profit organizations: $145.00 8am to 11pm (Gate will be unlocked at 8:00am)

Checklist for Ramada Rental:
1. Renter will provide own tables & chairs.
2. Bouncers (Brinca-Brincas) are NOT to be anchored on asphalt areas.
3. Glass containers are PROHIBITED!
4. No pets, except "for assistance" animals.
5. No fires except in the Ramada grills. Ashes are to be removed by renter and placed into the bucket provided.
6. Music must be TURNED OFF or VOLUME LOWERED by 11:00pm.
7. Clean spills and discoloration stains on concrete.
8. Grounds are to be left free of trash & debris.
9. All trash generated from your event MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES no later than 12:00 noon day-after-event.
10. Personal property and rented items MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES no later than 12:00 noon day-after-event.
11. Turn LED Ramada lighting off. (Bathroom lights will remain on.)
12. PLEASE CLOSE GATE UPON LEAVING and take your personal lock.
13. RENTER FAILURE TO ADHERE TO CONTRACTED END TIME WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL DEDUCTION(S) FROM DEPOSIT.
